In a hot climate areas, where temperatures outside are between 40° C to 45° C, everyone would like to have the comfort of residing in a thermal home. The external heat from the sun penetrates into the room and raises the interior temperatures to an uncomfortable level and the strong sunlight causes severe fading of your furnishings.
The only way to stay cool within the room in hot weather is to crank up your air conditioners. However our thermal windows are designed to reject solar heat, reduce fading, cut the outside sound by 50% and improve your home and building. These windows are used in the construction of our units.
Added feature of our thermal window is safety. The glass is tempered which means it is about four times stronger annealed glass and resists breakage by object impact and wind pressure. Tempered glass also resists temperature differences (100° C - 150° C) which normally cause annealed glass to crack. Typical breaking Stress point for annealed glass is 6,000 psi and for tempered glass is 24,000 psi.
If tempered glass does break the glass fractures into small, relatively harmless fragments. This phenomenon called "dicing," markedly reduces the likelihood of hurting individuals as there are no jagged edges or sharp shards. This type of glass is intended for building entrances, glass façades, sliding doors and shower enclosures.
There are thermal tinted windows blocking out 98 percent of damaging ultraviolet light and as much as 82 percent of uncomfortable solar heat and can be used for apartment, home, office or a skyscraper.
Our thermal windows are double glazed windows with acoustic interlayer, acting as a noise dampening core, reducing the sound as it travels through the glass, from the outside streets noise. Double glazing window provides insulation from rain impact noise and used for interior sound insulation needs, such as meeting rooms.
The thermal windows supplied by our company keeps the inside rooms much cooler throughout the year. This saves owners on monthly electricity bills and over time , the savings pays for the thermal windows many times over in it's life cycle.
